Decimal Time - Clocks

This Java applet displays an analog decimal clock in the French Revolutionary style, with 10 hours, 100 minutes and 100 seconds. Applet based on JavaClock by Sun Microsystems, Inc. and modified by me. In addition to being able to configure the size and colors of the clock and the font and size of the numbers, you can also set:

Time Zone
Local = Your local standard time
Astronomical Time = International Date Line-East (GMT + 12 hours)
Universal Time = Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
French Revolutionary Time = Paris Mean Time (GMT + 9 minutes 21 seconds)
Biel Mean Time = Central European Time (GMT + 1 hour)

Numerals
Arabic
Roman

Sun Tracker
Local midnight (0) is at bottom and noon (5) is at top, in reverse of the usual order, but close to the position of the sun relative to your location. Some French clocks built in the 1790s also had this arrangement. In addition, the bottom half of the clock face is colored, to indicate the approximate period of darkness. The hour hand points to the left (2.50) around dawn, and to the right (7.50) around dusk, although dusk and dawn actually vary with the time of year.
